Sassy Water: Metabolism Boost

I have found this great recipe for "Sassy" Water. It helps you get your required daily amount of water and it tastes great and actually boosts your metabolism! Some even say it is the kay to a flat belly. I've been drinking it daily for a few weeks now and it really does seem to boost my metabolism and help me stay full and hydrated. It's so easy to make too!

Sassy Water Recipe

2 liters water (about 8 ½ cups)
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 medium cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
1 medium lemon, thinly sliced
12 small spearmint leaves.
Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and let flavors blend overnight.
Drink the entire pitcher by the end of each day.

  1. I found that thinly slicing the Ginger instead of grating it works much better and you don't get the tiny grains in each sip.. The flavor is more potent and it lasts 2 days - 3 days.. Up to 4 refills.. Which is great on the money..

    It really works and is wonderful...
