Reasons You Should Drink More Green Tea


As this lovely graphic above points out to us, there are many health reasons that you should be drinking more green tea on a regular basis. To name a few: it is an excellent source of anti-oxidants, it actually rehydrates you better than water, and boosts your immunity against illness. Drinking more green tea also helps reduce your high blood pressure and protects your lungs from smoking!
