I try really hard to make sure that I restrict my daily intake of things such as carbs to the appropriate amount, but I have the hardest time with sugar! Especially in America, we have a hard time not heading 1,000 times the amount of sugar you should have for a healthy diet. I found this great info-graphic and I think I am going to print it out and put it on my fridge to help me remember to limit my sugar to stay fit and healthy!
